Do I need a referral?
No. Our Sports Medicine staff can assess, diagnose and treat without referral. We will be in communication with the necessary specialists if we identify any findings which may require their attention.

What do I need to bring?
Be prepared to provide your previous medical or surgical history. If you have them and if they are relevant, bring any diagnostic images such as X-Rays/MRI reports. Also bring list of your current medications. Wear comfortable clothing.
3
How many visits will I need?
The type and number of treatments will vary depending on your individual needs. After a thorough assessment, the clinician will discuss their proposed treatment plan for your individual condition
4
What should I expect?
When you arrive for your first visit, you will be asked to fill out some paperwork concerning your past medical history and current condition.
In order to best meet your needs, a individualized, private examination will be performed, including a thorough and complete history, systems review, and specific tests and measures. The evaluation will yield a movement-related diagnosis and prognosis, identifying the cause of your problems, in order to help direct our interventions.
