Distance-based and Onsite Orthopaedic Residency Opportunities
Finished your DPT? Great! But, where do you go from here? Have you considered clinical specialization? Did you know that you can now participate in an Orthopaedic Residency Program without leaving your current job? And, this residency opportunity provides you with the core movement science clinical skills essential to practice in all physical therapy clinical environments. SportsMedicine of Atlanta's (SMA) Orthopaedic Residents matriculate through the didactic curriculum classes in a rolling admission basis. The Orthopaedic Residency classes comprise 123 hours of didactic instruction, within the 1500 hour program. The first five classes are CD-based and represent the didactic residency curriculum that meets all aspects of the APTA's Orthopaedic Description of Specialty Practice (DSP).
