  • Every 10 to 12 years we humans have an entirely new skeleton, due to the body’s continual replacement of its cells.

  • Exercising in the morning burns up more fat than afternoon workouts. Although the amount of calories expended is the same, two-thirds of the calories used in the morning are from fat; in the afternoon workouts just less than one-half of the calories come from fat.
