Sports Medicine of Atlanta is partnered with the Nxt Gen Institute of Physical Therapy to provide in-house Orthopedic Manual Therapy Fellowship experiences. The Nxt Gen Institute of Physical Therapy believes that “the bases for clinical competence and professional excellence reside within the processes of unending inquiry and reasoning”. They hinge on training an autonomous practitioner who can comprehensively provide care in a changing healthcare market and serve their community as an expert and critical thinker in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy care.
Fellowship programs are post professional programs that occur after the graduate physical therapist has obtained their license to practice, obtained board certification and is looking to further challenge your clinical reasoning.
